  • Latifee Lessons: Energy Therapy Teacher Training

    This two-part training offers practical tools in energy awareness, subtle bodywork, and mindful presence.
    Drawing on yogic philosophy, breath, and embodied practice, it is designed for yoga teachers, bodyworkers, and holistic practitioners who work with subtle energy in a professional or personal capacity.

    Led by Alana (What--Makes), whose 20+ years of experience spans Yoga, Ayurveda, Kalarippayat, and Indigenous healing traditions from Canada, Australia, and Latin America, this training invites you into a holistic, culturally respectful, and embodied approach to energy work.

  • Latiffe Lesson: Start to Sound · Gong Introduction

    This immersive introduction opens the door to the world of sound as a therapeutic and creative practice. Through hands-on exploration with the gong, we learn how vibration shapes space, body, and mind.

    Designed for curious beginners, yoga teachers, and holistic practitioners alike, this workshop offers practical foundations in gong playing, deep listening, and holding sonic space. You’ll discover techniques, principles, and intuitive approaches that allow sound to become a tool for presence, release, and transformation.

    Led by Eva Maria, space holder and sound facilitator, trained in gong, crystal bowls, and integrative sound journeys, this session invites you into an embodied and playful relationship with sound.
