This session blends deep, continuous breathing with hypnotic beats and layered frequencies to guide you into expanded states of awareness.
We begin with active breath stimulating the body, bypassing the mind, unlocking stuck energy. From there, we shift into stillness, held by a powerful gong bath: a vibrational field to integrate what’s been stirred, clear the nervous system, and land back in the body.
Expect emotional release, altered perception, and deep inner reset.
This is not a slow or soft practice it's trance-inducing, psychoactive, and meant to move something inside you.
Come with an open mind, a grounded body, and a curious spirit.
No experience needed, just a willingness to breathe.
