This is a space to slow down and let the week melt away. We’ll move through gentle yin shapes, staying a little longer, breathing a little deeper, while hands-on assists support you to soften and release. The gong carries you further inward, its sound waves washing through the body and clearing space inside.
A practice of not-doing, allow yourself to be held by the sound and by us. We end together with tea and time to hang out, to land slowly and ease into the evening.
